The below services should be completed twice a year, preferably in the Fall and Spring. Doing these services prior to the Cold months of Winter and the Hot months of Summer will hopefully prevent your Equipment from having catastrophic failures. Although Preventive Maintenance cannot prevent all things from happening, it is still a good decision to have a Preventive Maintenance Agreement for all of your Equipment.
